The overall hard costs will vary depending on your property and other factors including: size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, desired amenities and any luxury items you would like included. A good ballpark when establishing your budget is between about 5k times the number of bedrooms. Of course this can be much higher depending on finishes and condition of the property.
